Becoming a supplier

Thank you for your interest in forming a partnership with Puget Sound Energy (PSE) to serve our community efficiently, effectively, and safely. PSE’s Procurement Team utilizes Supplier.io as our online supplier registration portal and SAP Ariba as our Source-to-Pay system. Please follow the steps below to get started.

Step 1:

If you are a supplier interested in connecting with PSE’s Procurement Team, we invite you to register through Supplier.io, our online supplier registration portal. To get started, simply visit pse.supplierone.co and navigate to “Find My Company” to complete registration, or “Login” if you are already registered in Supplier.io. Once you've completed the registration process, our procurement team will review your information and contact you if there's a potential fit for your goods or services. Registering through Supplier.io allows you to increase your visibility to our business teams, submit certification information related to diverse and sustainable business standings, receive notifications about relevant bid opportunities, and streamline the procurement process.

Step 2:

Confirm your SAP Ariba Account. Before creating an account, please check internally at your organization to confirm you don't already have an Ariba account. Failure to do so may result in onboarding delays. Once you have validated that you don't already have an account, create an Ariba Network account for your organization. Suppliers should be aware that Ariba offers two account options: the Standard account and the Enterprise account. The Standard account will not incur any fees for a supplier, while the Enterprise account will have associated fees due to the market visibility and increased sales opportunities offered to suppliers through the network. Suppliers should ensure that the appropriate Ariba account type is selected. Suppliers that select the Enterprise account will receive an invoice directly from Ariba. When registering in Ariba, suppliers create an agreement between their organization and Ariba to which PSE is not a party. PSE cannot accept accountability if the incorrect account type is selected, nor will PSE accept liability for any fees incurred.
